Ideal place to stay with great services and views of the sea. Exceptionally nice, pleasant staff towards all guests. Marvellous location, domestic area, so close to the Austria Motel, activities, shops, beautiful views, friendly comfortable, and Russell.

Had a very enjoyable stay on a long road trip and good value, the hotel serves the purpose well. The room was spacious well appointed, the bed was great, loved it. The location was excellant, within a close distance from Paihia Beach. This venue was in a shopping area near to Restaurants, super market, sea shore and ferry and shops.

The room was lovely sized and airy with smoke detectors for safety measures. Had extremely comfy bed with the sea view.

Location: the hotel was just off the shops, wharf, and local beach as well as activities, shops, beautiful views, friendly comfortable. The room was modern and lovely sized, and with a lovely view of the bay. A fridge and a freezer were nice.

it was in an incredibly comfortable location walk from restaurants and bars. btw, the airport was 16 miles away. the room was romantic and new-fashioned, with well-organized space.

Had quite comfortable stay on a long road trip. The staff were amicable and amazingly nice day and night. It was in a very central setting close to all the entertainment for the country rock festival. This hotel met every demand in every way, recommend.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location just behind the main front coastal road provides very easy access to everything in the center, making it convenient for exploring. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable with well-equipped small kitchens and great views over the bay, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

Motel is rignt in the middle of the town- just a minute from shops, restaurants and waterfront. Staff were very knowledgeable about the local area and things to do. Clean, spacious room with balcony. The small kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. Would definately stay here again.

The lady in charge was excellent . Friendly and helpful. She told us about the tourist attractions and also helped us plan our trip back to Auckland to ensure that we visited places of interest along the way. My husband and I would go back to stay at this motel.
